All the air in your home flows over this surface. It needs to be kept clean for your health and the efficiency of your unit.

There are other components on the air side of your system that should be checked and cleaned often. Perhaps the most important item is the gas furnace heat exchanger. A cracked heat exchanger or a heat exchanger that is rusted through is deadly. Don't take unnecessary risks, have it checked and cleaned annually.

Clogged condensate drains can be very troublesome. When they overflow in your home, dirty water can ruin carpets and ceilings and cause mold and mildew. We clean them on every service call. It's very important.

The outside unit needs to be cleaned regularly as well. Many service calls originate from a lack of cooling caused by a condenser coil that is packed with dirt.

When you call to inquire about our preventative maintenance plan, we will ask for some home information from you and offer our Basic Service maintenance plan or Perfect Service maintenance plan. Maintenance makes sense because it minimizes the likelihood of a breakdown and keeps your system operating at peak performance and efficiency.
